Las Vegas

While I’ve gone some pretty neat places, I’d have to say that Vegas is, by far, my favorite destination. My first trip to Vegas was in September of 09. My friend Stephanie and I went to see Britney Spears in concert, but our trip was a very quick one, we arrived on a Saturday and left on Monday morning. That only made us want more.

I LOVE Vegas, so when the invitation came to join our friends, Joe and Tara, on a trip there, we signed RIGHT up. We were going to attend the World Series of Beer Pong to cheer on Tara’s brother, but it took place on January 2nd, so lucky for us, we left a few days earlier and spent New Year’s Eve in Vegas.

I thought I was all tapped out with Vegas, but low and behold, I had a little fire left in me. Stephanie and I went on our most recent Vegas trip in May of 2011.  I think we knew this would be our last trip for a while, so we started reminding ourselves “You’re never going to see these people again”. It gave us higher confidence to be ourselves and really let our hair down. And did we ever? We partied like rockstars, all 4 nights, dancing till the sun came up. We met some interesting people, from all over the world, and have some great photos to help us remember the BEST VEGAS TRIP EVER!
