Exercise

I belong to a preeety small gym located just a stones throw from my work.  I go after work 4 to 5 times a week.  I also do some free weight routines at home.  I own an awesome weighted hula hoop that I’ll bust out (hula hooping for 1 hour can burn up to 400 calories!!) and the hubby and I recently purchased some bicycles. I’ll keep you updated on what I’m doing to keep this body movin’
