It’s Almost Here!
Yesterday was a long day. When I finally got home from work, I was beat.
I didn’t have much to blog about, so I figured I’d spare you a post. But in case you’re dying to know what my evening was like, it went a little like this.
Come home, eat Wendy’s for dinner, went to bed at 9:30pm.
Exciting, no?
Part of the reason the day was so exhausting was the attempt to make a real doctor’s appointment for my hip.
I called a doctor, recommended by my Father in Law. I gave the receptionist all my information, only to be told their office hours are Wednesdays 8am to 12 noon, and Thursdays 12 noon to 2pm.
Are you frickin’ kidding me? What the hell kinda hours are those?
So, I was defeated and I pretty much told the receptionist to forget about it.
I called Adam in tears. 
But honestly, that’s the reason I’ve been putting this off for so long. I mean, I had (what I thought was ) an appointment for myself, the week I was on vacation, only to be majorly disappointed.
I finally just called UB Orthopedics and asked the girl on the phone.
“Is there anyone there who has evening hours??”
To wrap this all up, I finally have an appointment! I’ve given it some thought and realized that I’ve had this hip pain for about two months now, so it’s time to figure out what it is.
OOh, I’m glad I got that out. 
I also had the same delicious fruit topped waffles this morning for breakfast, So, here’s another photo of that amazingness.
Lastly today, as I was writing this post this morning, I was distracted by a trailer on TV for Breaking Dawn.
Can I just have a moment to say:
I can’t believe it’s almost here!!
My Twilight love has slightly waned, thanks to the uber sexy True Blood, but seeing the trailers gets my heart pumping. I am so excited.

Sweet Dreams are made of…
Last night, I had a dream. In my dream, I was at a BBQ with a bunch of friends.
Since there were a bunch of people there, and everyone brought friends, there were a lot of faces I didn’t recognize.
But someone was friends with Joe Manganiello, and he was in attendance at the party.
For those who don’t know who he is, Joe plays Alcide on True Blood.
I don’t remember every detail of my dream, but lets just say that he’s moved into first place as my celebrity free pass.

I think after my dream, I can officially say “Buh Bye, Ryan Reynolds”
maybe not “buh bye”, more of a “see ya later”

I’ma Scared
Last night, after finishing up on Jello shot duties, Adam and I were flipping around on TV.
We were scanning through our DVR and catching up on some shows we recorded.
Adam turned on AMC’s The Walking Dead.
I got about 15 minutes into when I I had to leave the room. Apparently, I’m a little bit of a scaredy cat. 
I had a really hard time falling asleep. I kept thinking that I could hear “walkers” moving around my house. I started thinking about what I could do if one was to get into my room.
First, I would try to rip the leg off of my nightstand.
Maybe I would try to climb out the second story window and jump to safety.
But what if my house was surrounded by zombies? Just waiting for me to fall?
Eeew. Too much to think about before bedtime.
How do you think you’d do, if your town had become infested with the walking dead?
I probably wouldn’t last long. But you’d probably find me clutching that nightstand leg pretty hard. 
Today is a special day for Adam and I, so it only seems fitting to start our special day with a zombie post, right?
