With all those Andes mints from last night on my mind, I was thinking of other things I could do with them instead of just shoving them down my throat.
I had all the ingredients on hand for some Chocolate Protein Pancakes, so I thought “What the Hell?” and chopped 2 of those little guys up and threw them in the batter.
Chocolate Protein Pancakes
1 scoop of chocolate protein powder
1/4 cup of fat free ricotta cheese
1 large egg white
Combine all ingredients, and pour on to a hot griddle, that’s been lightly coated with cooking spray.
A few things to mention. You’ll need to use your hand mixer, it’s a pretty thick batter.
And I burned mine.
