I Know it’s Silly…
A woman that I’ve seen at my gym a number of times stopped me as I was heading out.
She said to me…
“I’m not sure if you’re trying to lose weight, but you look great. I’ve seen you here for a while and I’ve noticed a difference”
And yes, I quoted her because I couldn’t believe this stranger was saying such nice things to me.
I know it’s silly, but it made my day. 
Mostly for the obvious reasons, but also because women simply DO NOT compliment each other enough. (I’ll save my strong feelings on this for another post).
With that being said….
I think you are beautiful. You are a wonderful person and I hope you have a great weekend!

I don’t think it’s silly at all. Compliments are wonderful, especially when you’ve earned them. I am very proud of you and the work you’ve done, and it makes total sense that someone would see that change as well.
