Abs, Arms and French Toast
Hey guys!
I want to start by telling ya’ll that I had the best blog day yesterday. I had more views than ever before. So thanks for sticking around, and loving me for me.
And if you’re new to Bananas and Beer, thanks for coming, and I hope ya like what ya see.
I was actually pretty impressed with myself last night. After our failed attempt at a walkie poo, with Zeusy-Poo, I actually kept true to my word, and I busted out a little arms and abs action.
I did 6 different upper body moves (shoulders, biceps and triceps) 15 reps of each, repeated twice.
Then I did some assorted ab moves. I mentally pulled from Ab Ripper X and my Jackie Warner dvd. I did around 7 different moves, and 20 reps of each.
Breakfast
This morning, I woke wanting something different for breakfast. Not another smoothie, or another bowl of cereal.
I actually made myself some french toast, with wheat bread and some packaged egg whites.
I topped 2 slices with some peanut butter, and scarfed it down in 5 seconds flat.
I don’t give myself much time in the morning, so making french toast totally threw me off my game. Luckily I still managed to make it to work on time.
I’m planning on getting in a 3 mile run today at the gym. But I really gotta start running outside again, and now that the weather is not quite as hot, I suppose it’s time to quit making excuses!!

Now that’s a title that’s so me! French toast is the key to my heart- and I never even thought to add peanut butter- yum!
